Finance and economics are pseudoscientific make believe garbage, capitalism is inherently unstable, exploitative and unsustainable with a built in expiration date. All finance assets like money,crypto,debt,bonds etc are purely parasitic in nature and serve no purpose nor have any inherent value. Ever escalating recessions, poverty,wealth inequality, disease, pollution, slavery, conflict and wars are fundamental and necessary functions of it, not glitches, and every single financier or crypto dudebro is a literal parasite.

You have already made it but the reason why you are a self hating insecure person who feels inadequate and worthless is because you have the capitalist and 4chan cancer deep into your heart and brain from decades long of highly optimized neoliberal propaganda beamed directly into your brain since the moment you were born.

There are only 2 steps you have to take in your situation. 1) sell any and all positions you have in the stock market/blockchain. Price and context doesnt matter. I'm fit, wealthy and above average IQ. I work as a laborer in a factory and my mom still lives with me. She doesn't get much from her Social Security. If your IQ is below 140 and you aren't extremely autistic/ have insider info you will get absolutely destroyed in the crypto market. Erase any expectations of getting rich quick and be happy making your slow and steady 6-12% a year investing any money you have in the general market ETFs (SPY, VTI). Boring, but tried and tested way of getting rich slowly. If you start trying to handpick crypto/ stocks you almost certainly are gonna get annually annialated.

Hey Anon. One thing you can do is focusing on being nice to yourself and being your own friend.
Money will come and go. My dad was a doctor for 20 years. Had lots of money, a beautiful house. His sister sued him, my mom cheated on him and divorced him, and he got sued for malpractice and blacklisted by every hospital in our area. By the grace of God he hasn’t lost the house, now he works the equivalent of a shitty warehouse job.
I have a friend who was a crypto millionaire and is now high 5 figures.
I have friends with no money who have a close family, are great to be around, and don’t worry about those things like money.

The best advice someone can give you regarding your financial situation is focus on budgeting. Document how much you make, how much you must spend on necessities, and see if you can lower those costs. Maybe find a cheaper place, buy cheaper food, find cheaper transportation.
Then look into the things you don’t need but want. buy them less frequently. Start saving money and investing in things you think are good ideas. If you see something shilled on here, or a friend has a great idea, look into it first, take a few days or a week to decide, then invest what you are willing to lose. I lost $4k on the stupid FTM/giest thing. But at the same time, most of the other shit coins when down 90% and I would’ve lost $4k anyway. Thankfully, I didn’t need that money.
If you want to save and accumulate wealth, you’ll have to make sacrifices. You still should find ways to be happy, and you should also be okay with buying things that make you happy, just less frequently.
All in all, budgeting and patience is key. Don’t let money control your happiness, but use it as a tool to help yourself and others
