I have a 850 credit score. Apparently I can take out a $50,000 personal loan and run up to $20,000 on my credit cards. Not to mention get around $10,000 from payday loan shops.

What is stopping me from maxing out all my debt, selling my car, converting my money into crypto and just living in thailand or something?

Okay OP ill help you out, Aus fag that had the same thought years ago.

Make sure all the debt is 'personal' not with any collateral - that makes declaring bankruptcy a breeze.

Personal Banktrupcy clears personal debt so you just need to wait out the years, Aus is 3years and 1 day.

So aslong as you take the debt out without strings its all good, declaring banktrupcy gets rid of the collectors/legal suits that the collection agencys use.
They dont care since the debt is partially paid back in solvency also

fucking do it. you can get up to 200,000+ or more if you open multiple credit lines and then you can file for bankruptcy and do it all over again in 7 years
