BTC doesn't go up from "confidence in the markets." it goes up when promoters talk useful idiots into buying their bags. both things happened today because 1) crypto traders think anything is bullish for them and 2) earnings were more beats than misses, overall, no really bad misses except in companies that don't matter much, and the hike was exactly what the street thought it would be, 75 points. so, business as usual. at least for today.
