I worked on a private beach that by l;aw had to leave some of the beach area as public free part.
So here how it goes.
The private area was 50% bigger than it was supposed to be with sunbed and shades and everything from the beach bar.
The remianing part of the beach was filled with carny shit and peddle boats and stand up paddling boards and massage beds.
So when a tourist arrives he didnt get anything for free.
Everything costed moeny and he was jewed everywhere it was only the gradient of jewing that was different.
One hour on the baot was 10 euros. Sunbeds for the day were from 15 to 30 euros.
bathroom was 50 cents.
Everything had a price tag and merely existing there on that beach was expenaive and would cost aorund 100 euros for most vistors.

But you know what it wasnt the most expensive beach in town.
And it was very popular with young women.
Not so much with young men, but with wealthier men that had more money.
