I am not well read on international investors trading on US markets, but I would imagine, given the evidence of what happens here in this country with american trades, that there is some sort of CFD in effect with offshore brokers. There isn't a single GME trade that hits the ticker that Citadel isn't routing directly, or purchasing the data from other providers.
