I have family members from Russia living here in the states and we are trying to send money from Russia to US. Of course everything is blocked so am looking at crypto options. Done well in crypto since 2016 and been audited by the IRS every year. So nothing illegal. What exchanges can my family use with Russian identification? And will we need to use a VPN? The plan would be to buy crypto with Russian ID on whatever platform. Send to my ledger, I then send to coinbase to cash out. Any thoughts? Help an anon out thanks

I host a family of legally questionable (I don't know) highly experimental and effective services voluntarily.. Alot of slavs use it.

They should go to bestchange.ru and select any fitting option.
(Basically, they can just buy stablecoins with rubles via debit card or e-money and then you'll receive them on your Ethereum wallet and cash out through CB or whatever)
P.S. USDT seems to be the most used one
