I'm saving up money to buy a car. Should take me a couple of years. Where should I part the money I do have saved in the meantime? Right now its either a savings account at 1.1% or buy a dividend fund that should return 3%, but could return nothing or lose value. Are there any other options I should be considering?

I'm not interested in cryptocurrencies or anything high-risk.
