After the split:

.75 X 304.52 = 228,390,000

Shares available for institutions/hedge funds to buy and sell short = 304,520,000-228,390,000 = 76,130,000

Therefore they've diluted the float by 25%. Which is the difference between the amount of shares owned and shares available. The only way this stock split would've resulted in a 0% dilution is if you owned 100% of the float. Which you did not.

Ultimately I think that's what'll keep the larger and established brokers from rugging. It would be more profitable to not fuck over their customers in the short term for small gains as they would make an assload of money off of all the people they helped through this reinvesting in the markets through their platform. It's also why I think it is not a coincidence fidelity and other major brokers are starting to accept that crypto is here to stay and building their own trading systems for it their customers can use, and that simple fact is wildly insanely gigabullish for all of crypto in and of itself. Multi-trillion AUM organizations building systems to trade internet magic beans legitimizes them completely.
