Pic related was planned as a residence for old people in the Castelo Branco district, but never went into operation.

It is pretty inexpensive on the market for not even 3 million euros and can house around 60 people with comfort.

You would need 3 objects of similar size in 3 different other countries. You could then rotate all people throy those objects every 3 months, leasing to perpetual traveller status and avoid all direct taxation (if you are not American).

Probably one of the best areas where this could be done in a relatively cheap way would be Estonia - Latvia - Lithuania and either Poland of Finland.

>Estonia - Latvia - Lithuania and Poland
all Schengen countries chief. As is Portugal.
you can max 90 days in the Schengen Area in every 180-day period. Or 3 months there, three months not. Basically, pick two Schengen, and two elsewhere. But you'd also get fucked if flights get cancelled or something, eg Covid, and you end up there 3 months and a day. Hello! Euro Taxpayer.

Yes, I was saying those particular ones, because they are close together so the actual transit times are reduced and there are multiple transport options (car, plane, train, ship). And obtaining.the facilities is cheaper.

yeah, but I'm telling you visa-wise, you cant live in ANY of the Schengen Area countries for more than 90 in 180 total. Otherwise you could simply float about in the middle of the Bodensee (or Lake Constance if Bergjuden) and paddle 2 yards between Germany/Switzerland/Austria every few months. tldr, you cant simply switch between those, as ALL Schengen countries. You'd need some non-Schengen in the mix. Ukraine, Moldova, Croatia, Ireland, Bong - like if you want zero travel, bounce between Slovenia and Croatia, that coast also being a noice part of the world.

But that only applies to non-EU citizens. As EU member state citizen you can simply rotate every 90 days.
