Mumus just saw that economic indicators were worsening (PMI, ISM, unemployment etc.), 5yr inflation expectations went down by 0.1%, and concluded that the CPI peaked and that the Fed would ease soon. The market has always believed (or hoped) that inflation was really transitory all along and that the Fed would be able to quickly tame it and go back to ZIRP + QE, but that isn't going to happen IMO.
