Dairy/Eggs are plenty of animal protein and still way better for the environment than eating meat 2+times a day. Even if you go full vegan, lentils are better for the environment than anything else, and are cheap, healthy, high in protein, drought resistant, disease resistant, stay good forever, meat substitute, etc.

I went vegetarian kind of (because meat is too expensive) and I don't even miss meat, between lentils, beans, nuts, peanut butter, vegetables, peas, etc.

I don't give a shit that you guys think it's gross or globalist agenda or whatever. If it's a lot cheaper, I'll gladly eat it. But it's not available anywhere in the US!! What grocery store sells any of it? Maybe not enough other people would buy it to justify stocking it, but I'd gladly buy and eat plenty of bugs if it was cheap and filled me up, there's a ton of natural and artificial flavorings out there to guarantee they'd taste good.
