99.99% of all land you find listed will have a connection to a road in some way. That's a good thing, roads are useful. But you want land that projects out and off of the road. The after effects of covid lockdowns and ukraine will hit the economy, however it does not seem as serious as the 2008 bubble. It is likely silver will rise, but for me it is too speculatory.
