I had been frequently bowling with friends the past few months and so when I showed up I absolutely swept the floor with everyone. I used to work for one of the big banks in Canada, and they used to make us do stupid shit all the time.

We sponsored one of the countries football teams, so every Friday you had to wear that teams sport clothing (you had to buy the clothing yourself)

We had monthly volunteer obligations, such as donating blood or going around the city picking up garbage and then posing for group photos

Every time it was someones birthday or someone was retiring or quitting, we always had a small party for them after work, and these were always on a Friday. Like I just want to go home and start my weekend, not spend another 60-90 minutes at work because Susan is retiring.

There was more, these are just some off the top of my head. I lasted about a year at that bank before I said fuck it and quit.

Digital nomad visa's are a real thing, eastern countries are great for them as are some Nordic countries if you have a well paying job.

Places like Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Estonia are good options if you are white and can speak a Slavic language. A lot of former soviet block countries have recovered considerable and are still white and racist. keep in mind that a lot these countries have the Soviet mindset still and if you don't fit in quick you will be seen as a easy mark, so be white and don't be a bitch, put on some muscle and learn the language BEFORE you go.

After that South America has a some decent places you just have to pick the neighborhoods carefully, stick to your own cast and you will be fine, Argentina is good place.

If you are Asian definitely go to South Asian countries, Thailand and Vietnam urban area's are pretty nice now. the people there can be brutal but unlike niggers they can be reasoned with and kept on good terms, the governments there also pretty hands off, good but you may need to pay for local protection, still much cheaper than living in the US and the gangs there do a much better job of controlling crime than US cops, just don't go in to the red light districts at night if you aren't a gook.

As for a job, don't bother looking for work locally, you won't find much. If you can work remotely a lot of software companies need people right now who can are actually competent (diversity hiring is starting to take it's toll in the market) and speak native English. The pay is shit by US standards but pretty good if living overseas. Work for a few months and take on roles that if you left they would be fucked, then move. A lot of places won't give you citizenship but will give you a residency visa, worst case you can come back to the US
