You’re asking a question no one can answer. If there’s one thing people can’t do in crypto is predict prices, unless you’re some how manipulating the market, which…. You know is taking place now. Anyhoo, the lawsuit is going amazing and XRP Is not a security in short and when it finally gets the resolution is deserves then except good things. If it doesn’t, well the entire USA won’t get access to XRP, particularly for retail users anyways.

I would be more concerned about ETH, BTC, USDT, and the various DEFIs out there. They pose serious issues.

SEC and other governmental are deeply corrupted, the cat is out of the bag. For most people here this is a no brainer but not for everyone. Something will change after his lawsuit. Not just legal clarity, but they opened pandoras box with this one.


The XRPL was created around similar times as BTC and ETH. Money skelly even wanted to do an internship there/work there. The tech is SOLID and the use case, is one of enhancing the current system, slowly absorbing it. Brad and co knowwhat they are getting into (the industry) they understand the problem of the current financial system and try to solve a/the problem. So many good projects get diverted or fuck up because they dont have a clear focus on what they want to achieve, they chase what is hot at the moment, NFTs, repackaging loans as defi etc.

Thirdly the FUD these days is laughable, it takes literally 1 iota of brainpower to just start reading the XRPL documentation and figure stuff out yourself. The fudders are just parroting the same stuff over and over, similar to BTC maxis and other pavement headbutters.

I am prepared to baghold/DCA in case the lawsuit gets extended or SEC pulls other shenanigans. The lawsuit, the XSG average subjects, the meme dates, the riddlers, i see it as a massive firewall; if its true or not only time can tell.
The usecase is there, implementation will take time. There are already products working on the XRPL (sologenic DEX for example). Now that we see all these exchanges and yewish scams exposed for what they are we need MORE stuff to crash and burn, we need pure panic and despair in the market, only then it is possible for everyone to see what will survive.
