Iv'e seen stealth "insider" icp shills, paragraph grandiose "future of blockchain" icp shills, "it's all sam's fault he fears the dom" shills, all of it, i've never actually seen a technical discussion of what ICP is or does, and the one time i did it was a blockhain developer point out that, "yeah, icp is basically doing something that was possible, but no dev thought was efficient or made sense to do".
