assuming the rate would be like 7-8% it would be pretty stupid. Wait for the RE market to cool a little towards the end of Oct and Nov. Then re-evaluate the stock market.

Ideally you would like to see the stock market rebound by the EOY too BUT it will prob correct next month too

I would just liquate and pay cash then you have RE as equity
