Can you lock in for the life of the loan? In Australia you only have the option to lock a fixed rate in for 3 years. At which point you either have to refinance or cop whatever the variable rate is.
I'm locked in @ 2.01% for the next 2.5 years but after that I'm gonna cop it sweet. Thankfully I can pay nearly 50% extra on my repayments but when it comes time to refinance I'm only going to be able to eat and extra 4% or so.
But I guess if that happens I'll be earning an extra 20% because I'm in high demand in my industry and can get any job I want.

I have a neighbor who is a nice old lady, but zooms out her door to talk to me all the time and it's really annoying. I'm a total hypocrite who think neighbors should know and talk to eachother, but the minute one talks to me I want to be left alone. She literally just waits just inside her door waiting for someone to walk by. She zoomed out to tell me a racoon had been spotted in the neighborhood and I should be aware incase it goes in my cellar. I have no fucking clue why I should give a single shit that someone saw a racoon, they are fucking everywhere. I feel kinda bad because she lives alone and must be lonely.

I like my relationship I have with my boomer Indian neighbor. We just complement eachothers vegetables gardens whenever we see eachother in the yard. He gave me some extra tomato cages and he is pretty based.

There are no rules in America for placing security cameras ? In the Netherlands you are only allowed to film your own property. If you install a camera like that is 100% watching into your garden, you are in your right to send to police on them for violating your privacy. For example you can film your driveway, but you are not allowed to mount it in such a position that you film half the street / other houses.
