i personally think craig was shitposting/helping build bitcoin core back in the day and he knows nobody from the original dev is either alive or willing to come forward to shut him down
craig is unironically a pretty smart guy
has been saying defi is a scam for years
can readily talk about anything regarding bitcoin

and

he's not wrong at all about how bitcoin has been kind of perverted by capital markets. i think he's a classic case of a guy that's totally right, but usually just for slightly off reasons

He cannot be because:
-He defends stuff the actual Satoshi was against
-He is not even a programmer
-He has not proven to be in any way - it is not for us to disprove it, he needs to prove it. He seeks attention and being call Satoshi which is against the expected behaviour
-He has lied repeatedly, even in court. Another reason why to ask proofs: even his mother calls him a compulsive liar
-There are proofs that he bought (yep, like a noob) coins and lost them in mt gox
