I wouldn't buy ETH because it's fatally flawed. Notice how the value of assets on ETH like SHIB, MATIC, DAI/MKR, etc aren't going down as much even as the value of ETH keeps falling. If the value of on-chain assets becomes much greater than the value of ETH itself then it becomes vulnerable to a 51% attack via options shorting strategies on those other coins.
