Just had a look at google maps.
The house is about 12.6 m wide and 16.7 m wide. So that's 210 sqm or 2260 sqft just in gross floor space (you would still need to subtract from that all the interior walls to arrive at living space). You can see the basement is not converted as it has no windows so it can't be that either.
