It was around 3k before the 2018 rally, and then 3k again after it. And it was around 3k before the start of this one. So...... we could be going even lower, particularly when you consider what's currently going on economically; I.e. that people may withdraw more to support the currently rapidly inflating cost of living. Personally..... if it hit 10k I'd start watching it more closely. I doubt the whole 20k bottom thing myself.
