Should switch to sugar free Monsters first. The blue ones; that's to start. Then stop eating 3 meals a day. Stop eating 2 even. Eat 1 big meal in the evening and you can eat until you go to sleep but it has to be healthy.

How tall are you? There are sites where with this info you can figure out how many calories you need to maintain your weight. From there you just need to figure out a plan to consume less than that, over time you'll lose the weight. Then just cut out sugary foods, sodas, and all that type of shit. Get 5k steps a day, 10k if you're really fucking serious and baller. The fat will melt off you if you stay consistent. Don't make the calorie deficit too large though. 500 - 800 deficit. The hard part is sticking to it when it's late and you want to start snacking. You're not crazy fat though 190lb isn't terrible but I guess it depends on your height.

myself, i use an exponential regression with 2 sigma bands (100 bars on <=1d candles, 1000 bars on >1d candles) and a different representation for volume so that it's more readable than full volume bars (difference from 100 bar volume EMA with 2 sigma EMA bands drawn in).
i haven't found RSI, MACD, candlestick patterns or moving averages on charts and all that other nerd shit to be particularly useful.

I look for new vol>OI with 3-14 DTE typically. When that ratio is over say, 40x, it can signal a whale or firm speculating on a position. For example I think CHPT has a July 22 bear call spread on it at 15/17.50 strikes and there is a very good chance that it will not breach 15.
