This is one of the biggest use cases for crypto in the elite's eyes. With developments in bioinformatics, smart contracts, and real-time gross settlement systems, the need for functional government establishment and preconfigured infrastructure would no longer be a problem.

Correct. That's why anyone saying crypto is a way to protest the system is retarded. All your transactions can be traced and if you're a bad goy they will just turn off your wallet or block your payments (save maybe monero). Moreover getting the millions of unbanked people into this global debt system is easier now because you just give them a smartphone preloaded with crypto. In retrospect bitcoin was probably made by the NSA for these reasons. Yes crypto will eventually prevail and you can make money as it becomes mianstream but you better have a plan to be self sufficient / off grid.
