Hopefully the CPI is unchamged or barely dropped and markets dump a bit more, I've missed the other chances lately to buy some more Eth below $1k. But hopefully we've peaked now, all the more recent CPai figures have been largely driven by gas/energy, and prices at the pump have been dropping in recent weeks now that summer demand is dying down.

ACTSCHUALLY, if price inflation actually dips while foreigners are inclined to fomo into U.S. government bonds even though price inflation in the U.S. is higher than the bond rates, then that gives the fed a free pass (temporarily) to ease off of raising rates(with the falling price inflation/cpi) which makes money printing cheaper effectively meaning the U.S. can literally print free money to buy more foreign goods....

CPI will be down but they’ll still do one more .75 pt hike just because it’s fucking ez mode for funds to short and then buy lower. Rich people have the power here and they’ve already tested this theory and learned it will work. They’ll introduce max pain with this next one then start reducing in August and pump into the new year.

Inflation right now is literally just a result of extreme buying power and demand outstripping supply. We are seeing inflation because people can afford it, it’s a sign of a successful retail economy. They’ll want to push it until people start hesitating more about buying and judging by recent home sale figures it’s just starting now. So one more push and we should reach a level of small fear which reduces buying and thereby inflation and then we can start driving EVERYTHING up again and suddenly markets will track with inflation instead of against it.

Wealthy insiders know the plan and are waiting until August to buy.

>when fed pivot?
>plz inflation peaking, assets down, even bonds down
>when fed pivot?
Last year everyone was saying the fed lost control, the dollar is dying, bitcoin is the future, cash is trash buy stocks buy real estate.
The fed lost credibility and now they are taking it back, they will keep tightening (normalizing) until things start breaking, and I bet they will keep going even then (spreads really blowing out, zombie companies defaulting left and right, stocks down 40-60%)
Things will be so bad even acolytes of satoshi will return to Fed worship. Credibility restored dollar saved. Why prove bitcoiners right when you ca. destroy their net worth and make homes cheaper at the same time for the average folks?

and wouldn't it be funny if btc starts hedging inflation again now that all the sellers are gone, to make your scenario reality the fed would need to make perma hodlers capitulate and they are long into make it territory
the only reason they got this far was because of the cefi scams and the normal btc cycle coinciding with the stonks crash for there is still zero reason that rate hikes need to crash btc
