Is quitting video games a profitable decision?

>> No.50246069

Not unless you replace it with something productive, which knowing most gaming addicts, probably won't be

>> No.50246075

Yes, financially and spiritually.
Games are a giant time sink. I thought I had it under control because I just played at night with frens. But I stopped my late night autism brain from doing it's thing. That's when I learn or do projects and get a lot done. That time was filled with just games then sleep. No productive value.
The social aspect of mic chat is overrated too.

it depends. the real redpill is quitting work is a profitable decision.
the issue is demoralization is so rampant whether it be taxes or lack of control such as choosing to vaccinate your own child or entitlement laws like child support that when you earn money for someone else's primary profit and then also get a shit life youll never build enough morale to 1. keep up even, or 2. start a better life for yourself
it took me a year and a half after 10 years in the pen (read: white collar office) to get over the PTSD and start my new profitable venture
profit really isn't difficult if you approach it at proof of concept prior to scaling, unlike how the govvie wovvie forces you to do for restaurants for example where you need a licensed kitchen, very expensive.
use every ounce of your moralization to build a profitable and enjoyable life for yourself. sell something you make, grow or process. take weed and make oil. take a seed and make a plant. take water and make distilled water. raise bees and make honey and candles. raise goats and make clothing. then sell your product.
our society is starving for someone to step in and say "here i will do it the right way and I can scale it without killing the planet around me". heres your clothing without polyesters and toxic dyes. heres your honey/yogurt/bread without sugar. heres your bees wax candles without plastics. heres your food without toxic insecticides or baking soda or god knows. heres your yeast without sorbitan monostearate. heres your coffee without tap water fluorides.

Undeniably yes
You get literally nothing out of vidya and whatever achievements you make now will mean literally less than shit when the next season/game/trend comes out

no. Vidya are a fun way to work out parts of your brain that otherwise wouldn't get much action

Quitting RuneScape cold turkey before I went to college in 2007 was one of the best decisions I've ever made. At least the game taught me basic economics and how to grind.

Ýes, now you can get out of your cave and take some care of your body
You can use Stepn as a heads up to start running and so, they literally pay you for that after all
