Don’t start a business that requires a lot of capital.

All my Jewish friends in New York City don’t even have to work at all they just middleman deals in businesses like security and dispatch. Dispatch is a good business because if you want to expand you can go to places like halfway houses/sober living homes and pay these dudes dog shit to just pick up the phone for you while you subcontract out to tow companies etc.
