Hey Anons,

So I am starting a new job as an Operations Coordinator(really like customer success/customer service) in a gig-economy based app like uber next week, im excited since it will be WFH and I get experience in operations side. Im 26 with only customer service experience and a bachelors in communicaiton.

I can't help but feel like taking this job may have been a mistake. Do you think there is a good career trajectory for operations coordinators/customer success or will I basically be a glorified customer service rep my whole life with no way out? My goal is to be a manager one day by buildign experience as a "people person".

can anyone help me out? has anyone ever made something out of themselves in a similiar situation? Please help me.
