Bitcoin has ranged between 19k and 20k for weeks, there is no bull breakout coming, we will see significantly more downside as more figures are released from the FED, and before you say "recession is priced in" you couldn't be further from the truth, we haven't reached the point of near impossible living affordability, this would force retail investors to sell their assets just to survive this down turn, don't even get me started on interest rates and how businesses would be forced to pay their debts by selling off their own assets or risk bankruptcy.

Sorry bulls, but it will get much worse before it gets better.

And now it's cycled back to an inflationary bust. Which means at the moment cash is king and financial assets must be sold. Honestly dude, I don't like seeing a sea of red but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if BTC goes down to 10-15k in the next 3-6 months.

>> No.50209271

>>50207153
thats clearly the truth
fed will increase up to 0,75%
ECB has to but avoids it, so it just get worse with the inflation.
check the past, to stop inflation just make the interest rate to 20%

and none of the above is good for buttcoin

He's right though. Nobody around me is struggling. We're all normies. You don't seem to know how bad things can become. Read a history book, and prepare for worse. I think it will get far worse, and we will actually struggle for some years to come.

Looking ahead, we recognize that recession risk has risen. That said, it seems premature to make a call that we are already in recession today. To start, the labor market remains robust, with job openings still elevated, wage growth solid, and payroll employment growing at a rapid clip. Furthermore, many of the pain points in the economy have begun to correct themselves – commodity prices have come off the boil, inflation looks to have peaked, and market expectations are now for the Federal Reserve to begin cutting rates in 2023.

For investors, it is important to remember that markets are forward looking. Put differently, the equity market tends to peak before a recession starts and trough before the economic data begins to improve. While risks to the outlook have risen, valuations have become more favorable and sentiment is beginning to look washed out; this is not an attempt to call the bottom, but rather a recognition that the outlook for risk assets is more favorable today than was the case at the start of the year.
