Oh yeah make sure you use a night mode for phone usage in morning and evenings. Mine is set to 10am turn off and 6pm turn on.

Also make sure you get sunlight everyday. If you sunlight exposure is low take a vitamin D tablet each day.

Tried everything, zero caffeine, excercise, sunlight, lightboxes, supplements. Nothing and no combination worked consistently.

Now, i fall asleep in 15-20 mins. I eat only meat and fruit. I drink lots of coffee, barely excercise and use my phone until bedtime
