I don’t eat super well, but not super badly either. I generally sleep well but sometimes I wake up and can’t fall back asleep for a few hours. I used to lift 2-4 times a week but now I rarely exercise other than the odd hike here and there. I work out every single day with an occasional rest day maybe once a month or so. Sometimes I’ll work out twice a day. High intensity interval training, callisthenics and some weight training.
