I think all of this has come about because the new world order as displeased with Bojo. The Partygate photos existed for what almost a year before they were released? So why release them when they did? They were released right as Bojo backed down on mandatory vaccinations and creating a two-tier society with people carrying vaccine or 'health' cards. I think they released those photos to then try and oust him so they could install someone who would go ahead with mandatory vaccine enforcement and keep Covid going. Unfortunately for them he double downed and announced an end to all lockdown restrictions in order to try to get the public back on side. If they get rid of Bojo and get in their own people I can see the UK having a big Covid surge this winter and having to go in to lockdown again and then mandatory vaccine roll out. They have proved with Australia that they will try to force their way no matter the circumstances.

My theory is they dropped it in those countries because they enforced mandates and so sold all the vaccines they had hoped to. That seemed to be the deal for countries to be allowed to open up again. This is why they went so hard on Australia. Basically no one in Australia ever had Covid so of course no one wanted to take a vaccine. Which meant they enforced the harshest rules on them until enough of the population gave in and agreed to be vaccinated.
