My Corp keeps sending out diversity tips and one of the things it wants me to do is "check our dept blind spot" and "see what we can do to fix it". My dept is 8 normal white guys. My work keeps subtly suggesting to try to get my coworkers fired to be replaced by Tyrone. It's absolutely bizarre. Are the people that make these corporate diversity presentations on drugs?
