For multi year analysis going back to pre 2017 bubble Bitstamp, for everything else Binance.

Volume is what matters
Pre 2016: Bitstamp and Poloniex
2016 - 2018: Coinbase and Bitfinex
2018 - 2021: Coinbase and Binance
2022 - ... : Binance and FTX
It's sad but chinks and jews took over.
Analyse on their platforms but take your business to Kraken or somewhere else (cough gtrade)
