Was look at peoples salaries and noticed one thing. Her raises accounted with inflation means all her raises have yielded nearly nothing. Her current salary is equivalent to her less inflated 2011 salary. Wtf why work hard if theyre just gonna pay you the equivalent of entry level!? Nominally its a higher number but after inflation she has only really made $1000 above the equivalent value.

If you dont understand what this means here is a simple example that uses her example but without inflation applying.
>be you
>get hired earning 30k a year
>no inflation
>1 decade later
>you are now earning 31k a year
Effectively you are now more experienced and provide significantly more value than year 1 and all you got beyond entry level wage was $1000 after 10 years ($100 a year raise)
