So how is petty theft going these days as a full-time career move? With all the younger people going extremely online I reckon there could be a gap in the market and real opportunities.

I've been trying to think like a thief lately, what things of value are vulnerable. You don't just start doing it solo immediately, there's like a training period. I'm not talking anything crazy like breaking into people's homes, stuff that "fell off a lorry" kind of deal. There aren't many how-to guides online for obvious reasons.

Anyone else into theft, full time or part time, and how's the market for it, would you recommend it as a career path?

>> No.50133418

petty theft is essentially allowed in most retail stores now. stolen goods are definitely in a deflationary market. You're entering a career field that's already oversaturated with talent.

stealing physical goods is for low IQ. too easy to get caught, too much trouble trying to sell stolen goods that might be flagged as stolen. learn digital white collar crime (wire fraud, identity theft fraud, carding, etc.) or fuck off.

I was considering buy a $2000+ laptop off Amazon and saying somebody stole the package.
7 years of Amazon purchase history 4 or 5 years of prime. No refunds ever.

Back in 2013 fresh out of HS with no job prospects. I would rob card stores in the middle of the night. I always go for booster boxes, open the packs when I get back home. Live with parents at the time at an apartment complex so I would mix the boxes with our trash. I'll sell the high ticket cards individually on ebay or Amazon. I'll always list the items a cent or two below other listing prices. Its only a $8k gain a year with all the work and shipping, selling fees. I never paid taxes on any of them. It's almost ten years now so I doubt its replicable as HD clear cameras are cheaper now. Good for extra income but otherwise you're just wasting time.

No inspector can disprove somebody stole my package. I live in an apartment building with 150 different addresses. 300+ people live in my building. No cameras

Literally security theater FUD. All they'll do is ask around your neighborhood if theft is common. They won't cross reference that information and they won't prosecute you if you're suspicious. They can't enter your home without a warrant. As long as you don't resell the laptop online and post about it online you're fine

Stealing from corporations: Based
Stealing from individuals & families: Cringe and punishable by Death

The hardest part of the lifestyle is fencing the stolen goods and turning them into cash to pay bills - even if you steal a ton of shit, the market is heavily saturated and you can't move blackmarket products in bulk. Most of the niggers who live this way force their women to support them with regular jobs + welfare scams while they do various forms of crimes and frauds for their spending money.

Digital white collar crime is insanely difficult. I read from forums back in 2017 how it had already gotten really difficult and how just a few years back it was a lot easier. Aging accounts, IP addresses, RPC, user agents, social engineering etc etc. You're gonna be burning thousands of $ before you have a chance to make money unless you find a niche.
