Dollar store melatonin my dude. Take it an hour before you want to sleep, and just lay in bed. You can play a mindless game, or read, but nothing too stimulating. The only way you can use a phone is if you use a blue light filter app on your phone. You absolutely must use a blue light filter app or glasses. It stops your brain from thinking it's daytime. This saved my working life as I was a chronic around-the-clock sleeper on a 25 hour day sleep schedule. Literally couldn't hold down a regular job as my sleep would eventually fuck things up.
