Anyone have a list of all the exchanges that are either shutting down or limiting withdrawals?

Stupid fuck. By this logic every bear market should make every exchange insolvent. Clearly it never was this bad in the past. Something is off about this one.

Crypto was just a way of extracting fiat cash from stupid people by confusing them with maths. The smart people who were going to make money are already out and not coming back in

Holy fucking shit, this place is retarded. Crypto space is bigger now and multiple bear markets with even bigger crashes didn't stop exchanges from staying solvent in the past. OP is looking for actual data points and not some stupid assumptions.

Its because lending / yield wasn't popular in past bear markets.

But It has almost nothing to do with crypto really.

This same shit happens to centralized banks time and time again through out history not just in crypto. You have circular debt obligations, a few too-big-to-fail borrowers fail and wipe out a bunch of other people. Its called contagion.

But traditional exchanges that didn't do lending are fine. The big takeaway here is that defi is still working fine because of the transparency and continuous liquidations and collateral requirements. Defi is proving to be resilient while cefi is collapsing.

Fractional reserves of ponzi tokens melting and evaporating in the sun causing a domino to fall, only to knock over more dominoes. we may not be out of it yet, expect more liquidity issues until fed raises rates or something unprecedented happens and Bitcoin begins to surge in value.

also hold your own keys, and don't keep more than $250,000 on any FDIC institution or exchange.
