>learn skill that has good earning potential, high demand and has an element of remoteness
>because job is low intensity, no burnout
>spend external time eating well and exercising
>stack paper and learn shit while doing this for 6 months
>apply to jobs that have much higher earning potential

I got cheated and treated like shit by my ex. Snhe was the only one I was close to, yes more than my parents or anyone. Well after we brokeup I pretty much was isolated by myself and having couple discord friends.
Currently I am trying to be more social but shits hard , It seems overwhelming at times and with me being absolute bottom neet, confidence is hit pretty hard.
I am atleast trying to fix shit now compared to how I was before, its progress
