that will only be possible if the country is willing to take the same path as the US did: create a massive deficit at the cost of all export-driven production industries and for the benefit of greatly boost living standards for a couple of decades, until your currency-based reign of control comes crashing down.

I misread as 'with margin impact', so I responded assuming you had 17.7k with total available including margin of 33.9k, and wanted to therefore take a margin loan (which is a kind of equity-backed loan) and then put it back in, expecting it to work.
In your case no, you can't actually withdraw anything (without a margin loan) right now because the money isn't settled yet. However, just waiting to monday will fix it for you without having to do anything.
