It still shows in the portfolio. In fact it flash crashed -20% for moment and now it's back up.

I contacted support and got nothing yet.

If I click on the wallet it shows the transaction next to it, but the wallet remains empty and I can't send anything.

Same thing happened to me early. Sent a ticket and now I'm waiting. Going to guess it was because of my bank but I approved the charge and it went though. But I would think my transaction would say pending in my account and not completed if their was a problem with payment. So much for "instant"
