he can sell wallet addresses to other people for tax-loss harvesting.
for example, he can sell $1000 tax-loss harvesting for 500$. and the third user will basically pay for the next-year tax return refund for half of the price + crime risk.

If you were building something good to help people I would give you a wallet for free but I just know it's going to be some kind of thing you're using to scam people or evade taxes or use to game the system so it looks like it's not just one person buying or entering competitions or some kind of loser shit like that that only total scum would be involved in and just ruin the crypto space

Metamask is a browser based extension. Metamask can do alot within your browser presumably Chrome. Chrome is a piece of shit and it's pretty easy to get your IP from it if I can take control of even a single plug in on it. Even stuff like adblock. Most likely he is just going to keylog, but there are other options
