You would need a 100x to even make a substantial amount of money and that is very unlikely. To "make it" you would need another 100x on top of that to get to 1 million and that's literally like winning the lottery which is basically impossible.
If you stopped smoking and drinking you could start saving and putting money in every month into coins you like (Dollar Cost Averaging) and you'll probably turn a decent profit in like 3 years, 3-20x depending on what your balance of coins is, luck, etc. Yes that is a somewhat long time but gambling short term is just a recipe for disaster but perhaps that's a lesson best felt first hand so do whatever you want but you have been warned.
