Oil is stretched really far over the 200 week average and I wouldn't be surprised if oil and oil stocks considerably dropped just like what happened with uranium back in September. I pulled out of my oil stocks last week with an average 75% gain and am waiting a couple weeks to go back in. I bet with the next federal reserve rate hike oil stocks will drop even more. Depends. I think ultimately It'll be lower than 200, once the EV market is cracked TSLA won't be able to hold or control the market. So they'll just be left behind if they try to pull these manufacturing tricks (stopping production when price of materials increase). Word is, Elon is overleaveraged and will have to sell some of his stake if the price drops much lower which will trigger a huge price drop unless TSLA does a stock buyback. We're probably months away from the freefall, though- might be in the first few months of next year.
