Unironically a pressure washing company. A good pressure washer should run you about 2k, soap and other cleaning materials (in bulk) maybe $500, a water tank should cost around $1000, you MIGHT need a generator depending on the model of pressure washer you get that’d cost around $1500, and finally you’d need a small trailer to fit your gear onto that’d run you maybe $2000.

My cousin runs a pressure washing company he stated 2 years ago. He’s now got 3 employees doing all the pressure washing for him and takes in over 200k yearly in profits.

Advertising would be a big thing, make sure to put up all the flyers in your neighbourhood, maybe run a Facebook page, and spend about $1000 on a contractor to design a website for you.

You can pressure clean all sorts of things, but houses and driveways would be the mains. Each job would pay around $350-$800 and shouldn’t take more than a couple hours.

You've got my attention, but a rate of 400 dollars per hour sounds ludicrous. I live in a wealthy neighborhood and I'm not sure if my neighbors would even pay that.

im with the other guy, cool idea but thats a lot

It’s not $400 per hour, it’s about setting a minimum per job. Each job won’t take 1 hour. Your making a contract with the home owner. You’d go to the house of the client and maybe charge based on the per meters squared area you’d be cleaning, or maybe just based of the time you’d think it’d take.

In case I didn’t explain it well enough, let’s say the minimum to have your drive way pressure cleaned is $300. It doesn’t matter if the job takes 30 minutes, that’s the rate you’d charge. The faster you work, the faster your “hourly rate” is.

This board is dead.

More seriously, talk a bit much about yourself.
Do you have any knowledge?
Some stuff you already have / could use?
Do you have your own place (and could stock things)?
