They are operating dozens of shell companies, one of which is is NEXO AG in switzerland which they try to say is their prent company to gain trust of people but its just s letterbox company. We have confirmations they DO have a caymen islands shell which is there they lay their tax. They can still work out of bulgaria like this. You have no idea how this works.

The thing is the assets and liabilities are not only self reported, but they're either only using the assets of one particular corporate entity - perhaps the most legitimate one - to engage with armanino, and are then presenting that as the business as a whole.

Or they're lumping all the entities together, but then in the class action lawsuit they claim the corporate entities are distinct enough that the court doesn't have jurisdiction over them. One of the tests for their separation being if they keep separate books.

They also say nexo has "passed" an armanino audit in the blog post about the armanino real time attestation, which seems very misleading, as it was not an audit and was not something that they could pass or fail.

So basically they claim to have been audited but are just attested, they advertise this "audit" as proof across multiple nexo entities that the whole business is trustworthy when it is only one small bit of the business being examined, they claim distinction between corporate entities in the class action lawsuit, and a lot of people have said they seem to pick the corporate entity most beneficial to them to advertise with - Swiss, UK, US etc. etc.
