Crypto idea: Landlordcoin

Problem: Renters are locked into longterm contracts which is incredibly exploitative. Rental assets are not being allocated in an equitable manner which is detrimental to diverse neighbourhoods, and especially minority & LGBT+ folks.

The solution: Landlordcoin. Bids for rental properties are recorded on the blockchain. In order to query the chain, Landlordcoin must be purchased using worthless fiat. Once an existing tenant has been outbid for the rental property they are evicted in real time by private security staff who are paid in Landlordcoin and the new tenant can move in. To prevent unwanted eviction the existing tenant may define a slippage percent, indicating the additional Landlord tips they are willing to pay in order to stay in the property.

This way everybody wins, and not just the filthy rich %1 and billionaires and yucky straight white men (boo!)
