I have no interest in debating you for the millionth time but Ill tell the real story for other anons in here so they can draw their own conclusion:

So at first PRQ was not needed at all, it was a mere discount token for their services. When they decided to tie in PRQ with their services 1:1 they figured not everybody would want to buy and hold a volatile asset to use their products. So they came up with a defi renting protocol where you could borrow PRQ for a duration for the services needed.
That protocol then gathered a massive amount of interest from other projects that wanted to use it aswell, so they decided to build it on it further. And they are fully rewarding PRQ holders by giving a lot of them whitelist for the token and airdropping the IQ Protocol's own token to them.

But I guess if you're a bitter incel you could see it as a VC scam, sure bro.
