From what Ive heard, it is a "messaging protocol" whatever that means. And it will enable users to send non-native coins to other blockchains or something?

Also where do you guys research this stuff? CCIP is not mentioned in the whitepaper. I tried to watch the Ben Chan Youtube video and it all sound like gibberish to me. Where can I get more beginner level info about CCIP?
