I believe my company is about to be bought out by a larger competitor. What sort of signs should I be looking for? I've already noticed an oddly timed company wide inventory is in progress. Also, there have been some sort of IT contractors coming in and making changes to the computer tower that have made absolutely no difference in anything we do.

What other signs should I look for??? The stock will likely pump once an offer is made public and I feel that is my one true chance to make it.
