If she manages everything for both of you and you snuck some money away to invest in crypto then I think you can make a case that you should tell her. If it's anything else? Very few women have what it takes to save and invest responsibly. Married, both of us holding various coins. We'll sometimes combine alt gains to save on transfer fees, but we both keep separate wallets.
If you're married and in a stable long term relationship then it's not a big deal, since crypto becomes a combined goal of buying a house and raising a family etc. Revealing it to a gf is far more risky.
Also if any woman wants to know the particulars of how much you're holding, it's probably a red flag. The goal should be accumulating together, not knowing how much there is for short term payouts.
As an added bonus get a hardware wallet and keep the pass phrase in a safe place like a deposit box or something, so if one of you dies then the other one isn't left with nothing.
